1) Can I do this program at home?
Answer- Yes you can! Most of the program you can do at home with:
- Exercise ball
- A few dumbbells
- Foam roller
- LAX or tennis ball
- Kettlebell or heavier dumbbell, or even a bucket with sand!

2) Do I need an exercise bike at home
Answer- No, you can use a simple trainer if you can’t get outside
3) Does the program include videos?
Answer- Yes, all 90 of them, expertly coaching you through each move
4) Is this program a “cardio based” program?
Answer- NO! This program includes cardio prescriptions, but we believe the body needs more mobility, flexibility, stability, strength and power, more than you need “more base miles!” The Ultimate Enduro program is designed to help mtb’ers and enduro racers with the physical needs of the sport, not just the “lung” needs!
5) Is this program good for women?
Answer- ABSOLUTELY! All athletes can benefit from our mtn bike training programs! We all have postural issues, breathing mechanics issues, inflexibilities, instabilities, strength and power deficits and the need for guidance! So yes, WE LOVE WORKING WITH women mountain bikers!
Personal Coaching FAQ’s
Our personal coaching programs are the most specific in the industry, providing you with exactly what you need when it comes to personally directed coaching.
Here are some of our FAQ’s we get:
1) If I commit to either the 6 or 12 months of coaching, what happens if I loose my job or have something catastrophic happen?
Answer- We understand these things happen in life. We are reasonable and compassionate and don’t want to be a burden to you during tough times. Therefore, we cancel coaching for these legitimate reasons, and when you are able to come back, we simply start back where we left off if that’s something you want to do.
2) How do we do the “Long Distance” coaching?
Answer- We use phone calls, emails, texts and Skype to put your through your physical screen, teach you your program and address any issues necessary. We also send you your program using videos of the exercises when applicable!
3) Is this a “cookie-cutter” approach program?
Answer- NO! Our personal coaching options are all personalized to each individual riders needs! That’s what makes our approach different and better than others.
4) I want to lose some weight; will your programs help with that?
Answer- YES! We design all of our programs to challenge the energy systems that you need to be a great mountain biker and enduro racer, and the result is more lean muscle and less body fat!
