After the 2014 season I was looking to take my training to the next level and try to compete at the top level of racing. I wasn’t quit sure if wanted to commit to a training program for the next season but after I ended up in the hospital with a grade 3 lacerated spleen I knew I needed to do something to get back in shape. Making the choice to commit to Enduro Mountain Bike Training not only helped my recovery from the worst injury of my life but helped me get through a long season of racing injury free. All the support from the training program has transformed me get mentally and physically stronger. The commitment has helped me grow as an athlete, win races and compete against the best in the world. I’m looking forward to another season of training to help me reach my goals as a pro mountain biker. Thanks for all your help buddy!!

Dee- I Don’t know if you remember me, we spoke some months ago regarding my shoulder that kept luxating in different situations, including riding. Just wanted to send you my gratitude. Since I started your 90-day program in the summer, my shoulder kept getting better. Now, I feel really good, no pain, no luxations since this fall and increased power and mobility. Seems I won’t have to take drastic measures and operate. Not to mention I lost about 12 kg in the meantime (was a bit over weight when I started) and now standing in the top 10 in most of the local Strava segments, including a couple KOM’s. All thanks to your rocking program! It fits me perfectly! It’s easy to understand, easy to customize (I actually added some stuff for my shoulder recommended by my physician) and fun to do, especially when you notice the results!
Recently upgraded to the full year program. Was about to start over from scratch with the 90-day version, but then I found the larger plan in your e-mail. This seems even better, both because the cycles are longer (6 weeks instead of 4) but also because there are lots of new exercises I haven’t seen before. So, this years plan is to follow your program as strict as I can to get more stable, fitter and stronger and rock the trails! I completely trust your program and know it will get me faster than ever on my bike.
I hope business is striving for you and that you have a lot of happy customers like myself. Anyhow, thanks again for a great program and product. You are an inspiration, keep up the good work!

I am about to finish your MTB Enduro Training Program. The whole program is great and helped me a lot. In the past, I often had problems with lower back pain. So the main goal for me was to stabilize my core to prevent (or at least to reduce) back trouble. Since I am doing your exercises, my back is much better

Well, even though we are training for enduro, I went and won the 10 hour XC race!!! 80miles, over 12,000 feet of climbing – 8 laps…had a shocker 4th lap and was very close to packing it in… but took on more fuel and carried on. Totally amazed…after being so tired all week!! My body is now exhausted…lots of aches!! I think some rest may now be in order!
Truly amazed at what I can do, all that training is really paying off…..I never dreamt that I could pull off endurance race wins on strength training…I have not done any of the big road miles that I would usually rely on for prep! Oh, and last weekend (Oct 19, 2015) I won the overall for the 40+ Women category in the Thank you….the first part of my season has been amazing!!!

The 2014 enduro race season would mark my first year incorporating strength/ mobility work into my training regimen. I will go ahead and say that I have never been a “gym guy”. I had previously trained by riding a bunch and pushing my own personal limits to improve. As the discipline of enduro grows and gets more serious, athletes truly need to gain every advantage possible to stay at the sharp edge of our sport.
I have always possessed a reasonable amount of base fitness from years of racing many different disciplines, but I can also say that this has created imbalances in my body. I have never been able to touch my toes, and have not focused on mobility before. My first few programs were based on getting my body to move correctly and improve flexibility. The most basic stretching helped hugely with recovery and feeling loose while on the bike. I had not realized how tight and stiff I was previously riding. Just getting everything to loosen up a bit was huge. The biggest thing I noticed was my ability to correct and adapt when things were going wrong. Everyone crashes from time to time, but minimizing these opportunities, is of utmost importance. I had so many close calls this year, moments when I should have been on the ground. Being strong enough and more mobile helped me to adapt quickly and stay off of the ground. One violent crash can ruin a season of racing, so the ability to ride stronger and prevent this from happening is priceless. I can honestly say that my training kept me from getting hurt on numerous occasions.
My successful race season was due to many factors working together. Diet, rest, bike setup, there are many pieces to the puzzle of success. Incorporating strength training into my routine was a huge benefit at the end of the day. Just being able to recover better and ride strong, day after day, made a monumental difference. I would highly recommend Dee’s guidance to anyone who is trying to take their racing or riding to the next level.

I came to see Dee in March of 2005 with a severe case of Sciatica and SI Joint dysfunction. It affected every component of my swing, not to mention being in a chronic state of pain! Here it is in February of 2006 and I just won my first tournament at one of the hardest and demanding courses of the year, The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro AM! I can’t be more happy what Dee, has done for me!
Arron Oberholser- PGA Tour Player

“Dee has taken my training to a new level. With new advances in high performance sports conditioning, he gave me an edge on the competition. Training for function and sports specifics will not only improve my results and consistency but will lengthen my career in motocross racing!”

I have been racing mountain bikes for nearly 10 years, and Enduro MTB Training has helped bridge the gap from training just for fitness to training to be a stronger, more capable all-around rider. Enduro racing is one of the most complicated disciplines to train for, plan for and race strong day in and day out. It’s about having the consistent aerobic foundation to make it through the long days, anaerobic threshold to produce all-out efforts, and corrective strength and mobility to navigating technical terrain, all while being mentally taxed.
Enduro MTB Training has brought together a training solution that addresses all of these aspects in one program that easily adapts to my busy lifestyle and work. When I am not toeing the start line with the Pro Women, I am behind the scenes of the Big Mountain Enduro Series, and other mountain bike events, and the preparation that goes into my season starts right now in the off-season. With the proper foundation, I am able to take on both the intensity from training/racing and also my busy “event” season, all at once. Even more important, it keeps the rubber side down and me injury free, which is half the battle to a successful race season.

Season went pretty well and as such I exceeded my expectations for the motorbike enduro early so I just joyrides for the rest of the year while sticking to your program until some time (got to mid program 3) this summer when a few curve balls killed the focus.
Went freeriding on the dirtbike for 7 days in Romania and attribute your program to me beating the guide and a far better rider up the nastiest riverbed: 2 km of boulders and logs in first gear and manhandling the bike. I also think the flexibility and full body strengthening help me ride for 7 days with little impact and I am pretty sure it saved my shoulder joint when the bike to off with my arm! Had it been last year I would have had joint damage but I escaped with minor issues to biceps, triceps and pectoral.
