“Rebuild/Restore” #4- Got rounded shoulders/ poor posture, try these out to improve your riding!

“Rebuild/ Restore” video #4 is all about the thorax or rib cage. It needs to be “mobile” and be able to move well.

Poor posture of the torso really can be the nemesis of optimal riding performance. It can create bad breathing habits, shoulder stress and pain and chronic neck problems.

If you struggle with any of these issues, then try the tips in the video, it will help restore some of these issues.
